TERMS OF SERVICE

• ✦ I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason that I feel uncomfortable with.
• ✦ Payment is required upfront and accepted via PayPal, a payment plan can be discussed for orders over $200.00.
• ✦ Completion time may vary from a week to a few months depending on the type and where you are on the queue. Feel free to ask for updates at any time.
• ✦ Once the rough demo is complete, it will be sent to you for confirmation and any major changes will be made at this time. Minor changes can be made after completion.
• ✦ Credit must be given if the art is posted or used for social media.
• ✦ The sounds/music can be used for personal use only and cannot be used for profit (e.g. selling merchandise with it, uploading to spotify), but it’s fine to use it for youtube, twitch or VTubing.
• ✦ If you’re unsure about how the sounds/music can be used, feel free to discuss it with me.
• ✦ All commissions are digital and will not be shipped physically.
• ✦ Orders will be canceled if payment is not received. Refunds will not be provided. Chargebacks will result in immediate blacklisting. If there are any issues with the sale, please contact me to discuss before taking any further action.
